Zydrunas Ilgauskas (born June 5, 1975 in Kaunas) is a Lithuanian-American former basketball player.

Ilgauskas started his career with Atletas Kaunas, before moving to the Cleveland Cavaliers in 1996, where he would spend 14 years. He moved to Miami Heat, where he spent the final year of his career.
