No it is a PS2 game. That console does not play PS2 games of any title

Even though graphics don't matter in gaming whatsoever, the PS3 has the best of the graphics. But that doesn't mean its the best game console ever. That title is already taken by the NES. But if you outside of gaming consoles, the PC has the superior graphics.

EarthBound is not a title on the Virtual Console for Wii, but it may be released later, so you will just have to wait and see.

If you simply wish to reload your User Interface to get rid of bugs, a simple /reloadui will work to that effect.

You can still hit Escape, and go to the Video options to alter these settings manually.
