1. Scrape off as much of the lipstick as you can, be careful not to spread the stain around.
2. Pretreat the stain, and rinse.
3. Rub the stain with liquid detergents, and then wash as you normally would.

It depends if you mean will last longer on your lips or lasts longer full stop. But the Liquid will last longer on your lips if you put a gloss on top.
