Hello. Bypassing a parking brake on a Pioneer radio requires an interface. You can not just ground the parking brake wire. You can buy them on Ebay or Amazon.

The key is probably jammed into the ignition by the parking brake you put there

The parking lights on a two-door 1990 Acura Integra hatchback are located in between the headlights and the blinker lights. Replacement requires a size 3652 parking light bulb.

The most likely answer is that the parking light switch on top of the steering column is turned on. --Ken

The parking light switch is turned off,the engine is turned off,they are still flashing
