well...... idrk(i dont really know) but if you figure it out on your own then you might get it or just ask ur teacher about it when you get in class the next day here are ur choices

1. ask ur teacher in the morning

2. figure it out ur self

3. ask ur parents( tht always works for me ; )

The only thing a muscle can do is to contract. but their are other things they can also do is move you slowly example: your brain controls everything in your body, the heart can only let it move and a thingy in ur brain makes ur choices:)
