there are no official education requirements, however, a dancing background and teacher training will be a key to GETTING the job, and being a GOOD dance instructor.

Some infants can swim but they always need someone with them at all times. Also they need a special swim instrutor who helps them and give the ok. Never try to teach an infant to swim without qualifed supervison.

this really depends. higher-level instructors get a fair bit. i once trained with an international dressage rider at $100(AUS)/hr. I usually only charge $35 for my lessons because though i have experience, i am not qualified. becoming a qualified instructor is better for your wallet, and it means you're more credible and it will be easier to become employed.
