For having to put up with racial injustice and bigotry during his life? Absolutely. It's just a record, and having it broken does not diminish his accomplishments as a ball player. And something tells me if you asked Aaron if he would rather have had to deal with the bigotry or have his record broken, he would choose the latter in a heartbeat.
