How do the eyes work on a 2008 Proto SLG paintball marker?

Best Answer

The eyes on a Paintball marker work by sending a visible or invisible beam of light from one side of the breach to the other, usually near the bottom of the breach. When the light is disrupted, by the next ball dropping in, the circuit board and firing processes are allowed to begin, if the beam is still complete, meaning there is no ball in the chamber, the marker will not fire. This prevents the bolt from coming forward while the ball is still falling into the chamber and chopping.

How do you turn eyes on the ion paintball gun?

You turn the eyes on by powering up the marker. Every time you turn on the ion the eyes will be "on". To turn off the eyes simply press the power button one time quickly. The red led will now be blinking more rapidly than before indicating eyes are off. Simply press the button one more time to re-activate the eyes or press and hold the power button to turn the marker off.Hope this helps!

Which paintball gun to buy for under 150?

The best marker for $150 is the smart parts vibe. Its a much smoother operation and more efficient than Tippmanns or Spyders for the price. It also has better eyes and electronics than any other marker in this price range along with an exceptional regulator.

What are break beam eyes for a paintball gun?

Break Beam Eyes are sorta like headlights. If a paintball crosses into the "headlights," only then will it fire. This prevents any breach breaks.

Will using permanent marker for eyeliner hurt my eyes?

Yeah. Don't do that.

How do you turn on eyes on your smart parts vibe?

The Smart Parts Vibe does not have "eyes" or any form of Break Beam Eye System. Eyes are similar to a deer in headlights, if the lasers do not see a paintball, it will not register in the solenoid. The Smart Parts Vibe was designed to be a low cost marker therefore eyes were not seen as a necessity. In all honesty, the marker was only designed to fire around 10 bps (balls per second) therefore one should not experience to much ball breakage. If you wanted to have eyes in the Vibe, there is an upgrade available as of 2009. The Black Heart Board/Breach upgrade, comes with an entire new breach, with slots for laser eyes (which come provided with the board). It retails for around $100.00.

Eyes of a paintball gun?

Eyes are like little sensors in the gun to tell wether a ball is there or not. No ball, no fire. This prevents breaks in the gun.

Is Mario paintball a real game for the Wii?

No. The Mario paintball game was just a myth. Paintball in the eyes of Nintendo promoted shooting and violence. They would not want their mascot shooting princess peach. They aso wouldn't like Mario shooting Luigi

What is a good paintball gun that is light but also shoots fast and hard you would like it to be fairly cheap but also good?

One good marker to look into would be the Smart Parts Vibe. This marker is around $150. It comes with 3 modes of firing and the ability to tun off of CO2 and High Pressure (which will save you money). Not to mention the fact that it can be upgraded with new boards, eyes, feednecks, ASA, and barrels.

Uhh...why would you want to? - - - - - You can...but I wouldn't reccomend it. Use mascara instead. If you do use a marker, make sure you don't get it in your eyes!
