It's all in the legs: the more tired you are the more you should bend your legs
Follow through with your shot: flick the wrist tightly and hold it likewise at the top of your finish
The order of the rising up before release should be legs, arms, and then wrist.
Once again, hold your form until the ball has (hopefully) gone through the net.
If you look up videos of J.J. Reddicks shot form you will learn a lot.
