Law school is graduate school, and is attended after completion of a 4 year bachelor's degree. Collegiate athletics are played while you are completing your 4-year degree. Law schools give considerable weight to high grades when considering applicants, but also consider extracurricular activities, such as sports, in the admissions process.

Law is not an undergraduate major. Some colleges offer "pre-law," but law schools consider students from any major, and generally prefer to accept students with a variety of backgrounds.

To find a high school that major for doctors?

High School has very little to do with becoming a doctor. The key is to get good grades in high school that will allow you to go to a good college that in turn will allow you to get admitted to a good Medical School. ---- It is true that your college major and grades will affect entry to medical school in the USA more than what you study in high school. There are some things you can do in high school to influence how you do in college with a pre-med major or focus in preparation for entry to medical school. Since colleges and medical schools look for well-rounded individuals who excel, begin to build a well-rounded foundation. If your high school has a pre-college track or focus, ask your guidance counselor or registrar to help you pick courses from that section. If you can do well ( B or better) in Honors courses, take those you can. Courses in the science are always appropriate and are often required for majoring in college as pre-med or pre-health professions. You must be able to communicate well so language courses are a plus, especially if you can become fluently bi- or trilingual in the dominant languages of your region. Other courses in psychology, geography, literature, etc all have value in preparing you to think, to conceptualize, to research and to write well. By your junior year in high school you should have researched the courses you will need to have when you apply for admission to a college offering a pre-med major. Don't neglect activities that give you a chance to demonstrate community involvement and leadership. If you must work after school and don't have time for school sports or teams make sure to volunteer some of your weekend hours. Volunteers are always welcome at nonprofit agencies and community resources from the local "Y" ,where you can work in the office or become a lifeguard, to nursing homes, where you can offer to help in many departments or to provide company or entertainment for the residents. If you are unable to spare time for team sports, at school or in the community, get involved in individual sports. Even if you feel you are completely noncompetitive you can make a habit of participating in sponsored walks for charities. Start these additional activities in high school and you'll prepare yourself for good experience as a pre-med major in college.
