The opposing team shoots the technical foul free throw, then the player does whatever he would have done after he was fouled - either inbound the ball, or if the opposing team is in the penalty, shoot two free throws. Committing a technical foul does not nullify or offset the original foul.
Answer . Depends on who the player is and where he is when hit by the ball. If player is in fair territory when he is hit it is a fair ball, if he is in foul territory it is foul. If player in on offense (team at bat) he is out if hit in fair territory. If player hit is on defense its playable if h…e is hit in fair territory and foul if he is hit in foul territory. . Actually, a bit of clarification is needed. . Whether or not a ball is fair or foul has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the position of the of a fielder, or, for that matter, a base runner being hit. Fair or foul has EVERYTHING to do with the position of THE BALL in relation to the field when it hits said fielder or baserunner. . I've seen situations where managers argue up and down that a fly ball was fair when it was attempted to be caught by a third baseman standing on fair territory on the line was dropped - but that the fielder reached across the line to attempt the catch. The ball however was over foul territory when it struck the player's glove. People sometimes forget that it's ALWAYS the position of THE BALL that is the "defining moment." (MORE)
If no balls have been sunk on the break and the next player sinks the cue ball is it a foul. Does the first player get 2 shots?
Answer . It is not a foul only a scratch, the next player takes only one shot. the same as any other scratch.
Illegal contact. And the fouled player would have to shoot free throws if the foul happened during the act of shooting.

Well there has to be at least 5 players. A team can range from 8-15 players
Yes. A dropped foul ball can be considered an error if the official scorer deems that the player should have caught the ball. The batter will not reach base in this case. However, if the batter subsequently scores a run, the run will be unearned. Notably, an error on a dropped foul ball would not d…isrupt a pitcher's attempt to record a perfect game. (MORE)
It is 13 feet 9 inches from in back of the foul line to the center of the basket or goal, and 15 feet to the back board.

If the ball is in fair territory, the fact that the fielder is standing in foul territory does NOT make the ball foul. the same as if a ball is foul, the fielder standing in fair territory doesn't make the ball fair.
It's where the ball would have fallen originally so if the ball would have landed foul by the estimation of the umpire it would be ruled a foul ball. Also, if it was a play that didn't require uncommon effort to make the player that tried to make the play would be given an error.
What is the part or the lane that begins back of the ball return area to the foul line in a bowling area?
This area is called the approach. It is 15 feel from the foul line back with an allowance of 1/4 inch. This is where the bowler starts their "approach" to release the bowling ball.
No because LeBron doesn't know how to run the floor and Michael "Air Jordan" can score about 60 points a game. Even though LeBron is newer does not mean that he is better! Therefore, Michael Jordan is the best basketball player ever.
they get 2 shots from the freethrow line if they miss and 1 shot if they make it (:
a shooting foul is call for 2 or 3 shots depends if its behind the 3 point line
Any play can step out of bound at anytime in the game. It wouldn't be a good idea because they can't really play if there out at the time.
Well, you said that "intentionally scoring on his own basket", they will have the points because in the basketball. You should shoot in your own basket to get a points.\n

What type of foul is called when a player pushes a player in the back in the act of shooting the ball?
If it looks like the player who fouled did it on purpose then it would be called an intentional foul. otherwise just a foul
It can be. Making contact with the ball first is an essential element for it not to be a foul, but it is not the only consideration.
What is the rule and who gets possession when a player on Team B commits an off the ball foul against the non shooter on Team A while a shot is up in the air and the shot is a made basket?
The player who is fouled shoots one free throw and then whoever gets the rebound gets possession or if the shot is made Team B gets the ball.
Depending on if there is contact made. Usually balls are snatched with contact. If it does occur without contact, then a steal is rewarded to the player.
No, no one will get any foul shots but the shot will count if the person shooting makes it and was in the act of shoot before the foul was initiated.
If a basketball player gets the ball hit from his hand on a drive to the basket loses possession but the ball doesn't hit the floor can he catch the ball in the air and score the basket?
If the loss of possession is "caused" by an opponent hitting the ball away (including hitting the hand that is on the ball and knocking it away), the player who lost possession can retrieve the batted ball in the air and play on. Not only can he catch the ball in the air and score, as you suggest, b…ut he can simply retrieve the batted ball and regain control on the ground to set up another play. If he initially loses control of the ball without anyone else forcing the loss of control, it depends if he takes more steps to retrieve the ball or not. If he cannot retrieve the ball without taking more steps, he will be in violation of the traveling rule. (MORE)

No. Unlike kickball (many people play that four fouls is an out) a batter can hit as many fouls as he needs to protect the plate and stay alive.
No. But it is an RBI if a runner scores on the play. But if he doesn't tag up he's out if they throw it to the base he was at.
The batted ball must first either land in fair territory, be touched while in fair territory, or go over the outfield fence in fair territory to be determined a fair ball. Any ball that is fair before the 1st or 3rd base bag and goes foul without being touched is a foul ball, however, a ball that go…es past 1st or 3rd and is fair can then go into foul territory and still remain a fair ball (MORE)
The referee would usually call a jump ball. If one of the players was too aggressive, he/she may also call a foul on that player.
Well first off, new rule for the NBA is that you have to have at least one year of college education before going to the NBA. Second pretty self-explanatory: practice, the NBA dose not just let anyone get drafted. Some players don't make it to the NBA drafted, instead they may get put into the NBA D…evelopment League, the NBA D-League is a league where players that has potential, but need a little more work. Is it a foul when the defensive player holds the ball when the offensive player is in the air were the offensive player cant shoot the ball?
Your question's kind of off, if a defensive player has the ball, their on offense not defense therefore he/she is not a defensive player, but an offensive. Sounds like you're trying to ask is it a foul to jump in the air when the offensive player is trying to shoot. If that's your question then the …answer's no, just straight up classic man-to-man defense. (MORE)

No, any player standing within the "paint", or rectangular area directly in front of the basket, can be charged with a 3 second violation for standing in front of the basket for too long.
it depends where it is shot and where the player was fouled, or whether or not the shot makes it in the basket while the whistle is blown.
It is the position of the ball in relation to the foul line...NOT the player.

Yes, it's the back pass rule.a free kick is given inside the box if the goalkeeper handles a pass from his teammates.it is not a penalty, and the defensive side can set up a wall like a normal free kick outside the box.
