A triple-double is when you record three double-digit stats. The most common triple-double involves points, assists, and rebounds. For example, 24 points, 12 assists, and 14 r…ebounds. You can have a triple-double involving any stat except for turnovers. A player could only score 4 points and get only 3 assists, but get a triple-double by having 13 rebounds, 11 blocks, and 15 steals. That is a rarity, but it counts as a triple-double. To be more precise, it is when a player records double-digit values for three statistical categories. It is not limited to points, rebounds, and assists although this is the typical method by which players attain a triple-double A basketball player accomplishes a triple double by reaching double digits in 3 of the following: assists, rebounds, points, steals, and blocks. In most cases the 3 doubles are assists, rebounds, and points. There have also been 4 quadruple doubles in the NBA, when players reached double digits in 4 of the above stats. The quadruple double has only been possible since the 1973-1974 season, when the NBA began counting steals and blocks.

Double Bounce is a very fun basketball game that doesn't require a lot of running around and sweating.. the rules the game are, It starts out with one person taking a shot fro…m the foul line, if they make that shot they get 2 points, now because they made that shot they get to keep taking foul shots to rack up as many points as they can (each foul shot is only 1 point after already receiving the 2 points) Now when they miss the next person in line has to let the basketball bounce 2 times before he or she can pick it up.. once it bounces twice that person has to throw it where they got the ball on the 2nd bounce.. then that person shoots if they get it they receive 2 points and then they go to the foul mark and keep shooting for 1 point until they miss.. once they miss the 3rd person wait 2 bounces and it repeats itself, also if a player waits 2 bounces and shoot where they got it and miss then the next person waits 2 bounces and so forth. Also if a person does NOT catch the ball on the 2nd bounce they lose there turn and the next person in line shoots it where the ball bounces the 2nd time.
That means a player has gotten 10 or more in two statistical categories. If a player scores 21 points and grabs 13 rebounds, it is called a double double. If a player grabs 12… rebounds and gets 11 assists, it is called a double double. Furthermore, if a player gets 10 or more in three statistical categories, it is called a triple double. A situation in which there is a foul by both teams at approximately the same time, but the fouls are not committed by opponents against each other. Case Play: A1 has the posse…ssion of the ball in his/her frontcourt and A1 goes up for a try to score. While he/she was airbourne, B5 initiated a contact and fouled A1. The try was successful but when A1 came back down, he/she committed a player control foul on B3 which cancelled the basket. A1 does receive two free throw for B5's foul. This is an example of a False Double Foul.
