The answer depends on what you mean by "same". While that may sound a pedantic question, would you say it is the same time if it happens in same second, the same minute, the same century? It the context of a hydrogen-7 isotope even 25*10-24 seconds that is 0.000 000 000 000 000 000 000 025 seconds could be too long whereas the same century is pretty close to the same time when compared to the age of the universe.

On the same theme, how similar must the actions be before they are considered the same? Two people can lie without [apparently] moving at the same time, but it is not possible to keep totally motionless. In that case, are they doing the same thing?
