A kilogram is a measure of mass. A centilitre is a measure of volume. The two measure different things and, according to basic principles of dimensional analysis, conversion from one to the other is not valid.
If you are not convinced, consider a centilitre of air. How many kilograms? Next consider a centilitre of Mercury. How many kilograms?
Some people still believe that there is a conversion in relation to water but that is only approximately true. Until 1964 a litre was defined as the volume of one kilogram of pure water at 4 deg Celsius and at a pressure of 760 millilitres of mercury. With that definition 1000 centilitres of water (under those conditions) would have had a mass of 10 kg. But that definition of a litre was abandoned in favour of 1 litre =1000 cubic centimetres.
1 kg equals to 1000 grams so 120 kg equals to 120*1000 = 120000 grams
one
1000
1000 gram equals to 1 kg
1 kg = 1000 g
453.59kg equals 1,000 lbs
In the metric system 1 ton = 1000 kg
one kg = 1000 g, so 2000 g = 2000/1000 kg Your move.
1 kg = 1000 grams 0.006 kg = (0.006 x 1000) = 6 grams
Answer: 1000 lb = 453.592 kg
1000 cl 1 liter = 100 centiliters 1 centiliter = 0.01 liter
1000 kilograms = 2,204.62 pounds.
