Ten ways to be healthy are......

1. Get enough sleep each night.

2. Exercise - at least 20 minutes of brisk walking 3-5 days per week.

3. Consume more salmon and tuna, and less red meat - for protein.

4. Consume olive oil, as the preferred fat (and not saturated fats or hydrogenated fats).

5. Consume fresh fruits and vegetables (as opposed to processed goods).

6. Limit sugary products.

7. Avoid fried foods.

8. Build and nurture healthy, mutually supportive relationships.

9. Use productive conflict resolution (use "I" statements, avoid blame, etc.)

10. Stay busy, and avoid more than an hour or so of "couch time", t.v. time ...
