What is your question? Are you referring to the semi-automatic single barrel?
Ithaca made 10 gauge shotguns.
From what I understand, its a big 10 gauge shotgun, more specifically a shortened police variant of the Ithaca Mag-10.

.410 28 gauge 20 gauge 16 gauge 12 gauge 10 gauge These were all available at one time through their production. In addition they manufactured a few rifles, mostly .22 small bores. Additionally Ithaca was a wartime producer of model 1911 automatics in .45ACP. Hope this helps. Russ
If this is an old side by side it would be a Baker model made in 1886. Serial numbers of Ithaca shotguns for that year were 2448 - 4101.
they disc. all mag 10's in 1987, value around 500.00 in 95%
There's a list of serial numbers by year at http://ithacagunrepair.com/page5/page23/
It is a 10 gauge if it has a damascus barrel and it in mint condition can be worth up to 2000 bucks
