I could be wrong, but I would think the motorcycle dealership would have insurance for their vehicles that would have it covered for things like test drives.
Your clutch needs adjusted or replaced.
Something wrong with spark plugs or the wires maybe...Make sure the spark plug is connected to the power source. If so, you might want to check it and fix or replace it if somethings wrong.
