Loose sub frame mounts, broken motor mount. engine misfire. broken transmission mount.
The pump will need replaced if it is grinding.
A dodge caravan may be experiencing rear brake noise due to needing new brake pads. This may also be due to worn rotors.

The grinding noise in the front of a 1990 Dodge Caravan could be a cv joint. If it is, it probably only grinds when you take a sharp turn. There is one located on each side.
I am not sure if that is what the problem is i changed the oil and overfilled it now my van is making a funny noise once it heats up

Could be one of a number of things, as it could be in any vehicle.
If the 1992 Dodge Caravan won't start but makes a clicking noise, it is probably a combination of things. The starter solenoid is making the battery go dead between starts. Replace both and the problem should be solved.
Bad tire? Rotate and see if thumping changes
Loose belt - will sound like a screeching noise.
