Check to see if you are getting power to the motor - if so motor is bad
If not could be a bad switch or broken or disconnected wire
You can also check the plug that goes to the master window control inside the front driver side door panel. If that plug comes loose none of the windows will work because they are all wired through that plug for the window lock feature...

how to replace window motor ion 91 madza miata
The cable cannot be replaced. Roger (AKA as Einstein by his many friends) said to remove the panel, drill out the rivets and replace the unit.
Yeah, wouldn't doubt it...Same model, just different year, window shouldn't be too hard to fit.
On any power window system: 1- check the fuses 2- check the switches 3- check the motor, go up/down and listen for an attempt for the motor to move 4- check the window relay
Behind the window winding handle there is a circlip, this a "C" section type clip & can be remove using a thin blade screw driver or you can make up the right tool, which is a thin piece of steel that has a "u" shape taken out. This should do it.
Since there's not enough info for a specific answer, here's the first thing to check. You say windows, meaning more than 1 not working - if none are working that would be the fuse for that whole window circuit. Check the fuse box in the driver area, and the fuse box in the engine compartment. That's the first check - because you really don't just "fix" them without knowing what's wrong with them.
