They are to make some sort of noise,with some being louder than others.Without poking around with a test light and checking it out ,,i would think the fuel pump relay(under the hood) is not lettin' go. Swap the relay around with the one that is next to it matches it, so to see if it acts any different.

First, isolate the "humm". Is it something on the engine or is it he chasis? If it hums just rolling down the hill with the engine off,it will be the wheel hub bearings.But ,if it "hums" stopped with engine idle it could be the alternator or the fuel pump.But, you say it don't "hum" while turning suggest the hum is in the power steering pump or the rack and pinion. Ckeck the trans fluid level and the power steering fluid level,too.

It turned out to be that the motor in the fuel pump was good but the pump was shot, thus the humming sound. I replaced the pump only and bingo! Everything is fine.
may be fuel pump,but you need to check fuel pressure first..
Because when they flap their wings it hums.
I'm not a mechanic / technician but I wonder if that has anything to do with the air suspension ?
