m = mass , v = speed of the 1 kg mass

1 Kg may disappear and totally converted into pure energy by Enistien equation E=m*C2 ... m = mass , C= speed of light= 3*108 m/s

1 Kg may also have Potential energy by equation m*g*(h1-h0)

A joule is a measure of energy. A kilogram is a measure of mass. These two are not generally comparable.

If you follow the Einsteinian route of relativity (E=mc2), then the relativistic mass of 1 J = 1.1 * 10-17 kg
