Run a lead from the positive on the battery to the fan. If it begins turning the problem is in the switch. I wired a switch on my dash for the fan.

check the underdash fuse labeled blower motor and under hood fues box for same will be one or the outher if fuse is bad replace and recheck ifit blows the fuse again check the blower motor for power apply 12v to the 2 pin coector blower motor is under pasinger dash board if it does not work try replacing the bower motot with a new or used blower motor
