The cooling fans may not be working. Check fuses. The thermostat could be stuck shut. The coolant could be low. Too new of a car to be overheating unless coolant has not been changed. The OEM Toyota long life coolant is a very good product, but I wouldn't leave it in for 100,000 miles.The condenser in front of the radiator could also be damaged by rocks and/or bugs. The aluminum fins are easily damaged.
