Nissan Altima is a good car for many different reasons. It is not a flashy car but it gets good gas milage and has a reasonable price tag. The car also has nice safety features.

Online and brick & mortar auto parts stores. As long as you have make, model and year of vehicle, you'll be good to go. Of course, you can go to the dealer too.
Unless your Altima suffered body damage, you won't likely want to replace the entire light fixture. To replace a blown lightbulb in your taillight you have to access it from the trunk. Inside the trunk you will see an access panel for both tail lights. Remove the applicable panel and swap the bulbs out. Typical bulb installation involves the twisting (clockwise and the counter-clockwise) of the bulb 90 degrees when removing and then replacing it. Good luck!

THE BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH SHOULD BE BEHIND THE BRAKE PEDAL WITH A LITTLE PLUNGER OR IF NOT LOOK IN FRONT OF THE PEDAL THAT LOOKS LIKE A PLASTIC SCREW WITH 2 WIRE HARNESS GOING INTO IT. ITS A HEAD UNDER THE DASHS AND FEET ON THE SEAT NOT FUN. GOOD LUCK TYSON
You have a light bulb out. (It is actually supposed to be a light bulb, not an Exlamation Point. I wondered the same thing for a long time.) Good luck!
