To my knowledge, a degree is not needed, but it would be helpful to know some fundamental entrepreneur and business skills, as well as basic childcare skills. Taking some classes such as these at a community college would probably help tremendously. Well you are not the one deciding if you are allowed to come home or not. It's the judge. Talk with your foster parents and tell them how you feel. They can ask the social worker to come to your house so you can talk about it. It's important you know why you are not living with your parents. As long as you are a minor the decision is not yours.
