It depends. If the system (which includes: manual process, application and infrastructure) is properly designed, thoroughly tested and well implemented, the information from the said system has the following characteristics: accurate, up-to-date, reliable, fast, timely.
Quality refers to the degree to which a set of characteristics of project deliverables and objectives fulfills the project requirements. In other words, it is the sum of project and product characteristics that help fulfill the requirements. Simply put - Does the project or product meet its requisite purpose properly? While product quality management techniques depend upon the specific product that the project is going to produce, project quality management applies to all projects independent of the nature of the products.
