A 750 ml bottle of wine is approximately 25.4 fluid ounces. Since ml and fluid ounces are measures of volume and grams are not, the amounts can not be converted correctly.

For those that say it's not a proper conversion, you should know that volume has weight. i.e. If you were to pour 750 ml of wine into a container and weigh it, it has a weight in grams and ounces. So, you're just avoiding the question and trying to sound smart.

The weight of wine in grams depends on the density of the wine, though this would be negligible on a home scale. While it's known that 1 ml of water = 1 g, wine would technically be different. But for all intents and purposes, you can use the conversion that 1 ml = 1 g.

Do the experiment yourself! Pour a glass of wine on a home food scale which you can switch from grams to milliliters and see how each of your wines weighs in!

very diplomatic answer to the folks who troll sites like this. I bag wine ,4 litre box , 4 kilos (4000 grams ) of wine is close enough. The trolls forgot to mention height above sea level ,or which planet you are on as factors.
