I would probly start by taking the oil cap off, while someone attempts to start the car, shine a flash light down the oil fill hole. You will see a lifter/rocker arm. See if it moves while its cranking. If it doesnt, you might have a broken timing chain. If it does move... next try some starting fluid down the trottle body. See if it starts that way. If it starts and runs while you are spraying starter fluiid in, then you have a issue with your injectors.
