You have to ask a more complete question.
According to the ( 1996 ) Mercury Villager Owner Guide : With engine oil filter change : The 3.0L V6 engine takes ( 4.2 U.S. quarts / 5W-30 PREFERRED )
Under the car by the back axle.
It is mounted to the rear of the throttle body.
A bad ignition switch, on your 1995, Mercury Voyager, will cause the vehicle not to start. In most cases a bad ignition will cause the engine not to turn over.
The crankshaft position sensor is at the rear of the engine where it joins with the transmission bellhousing. It is at the left (front) side, not far from the starter.
The timing belt is inside the timing cover.
Need more information. What are you trying to bleed?
I have a 95 villager and it came from the factory with a block heater.Look around the headlights for the plug tucked away.
Pull the fuse
A broken hose, most likely.
The fuel pump is in the fuel tank, and the fuel tank will have to be removed to access it.
With the key on, engine off, with the relay pulled in, there should be very close to 12 volts. Withe the engine running there should be at least 13.5, but I don't know how you'd test that.
