P0120 Throttle Position Sensor P0325 Knock Sensor This is codes that are telling you that the TPS sensor and the Knock sensors are faulty.
Replace them.
Japanese Motor that is frequently engine swapped into a Ford Probe.
KLZE it has 30 more hp than the KL03 and fits perfectly.
A ford probe 2.5 is a Mazda 2.5/.......Mazda produced the engines.....Subtle difference but ultimately the same crappy motor......Its poop actually the Mazda engine is a very strong engine due to the fact that the that the JDM KLZE engine has 200+hp and the stock engine in a probe gt only has 160hp i just put one in my car and it runs ten times better and more torque
it should fit. a 2.5 klze motor from fits in both the mx6 as well as the mx3 and ford probe... may need some motor mounts, and special wiring harnesses, but the motor should fit
4cyl = Mazda BP engine v6 = KLZE engine
110-200 depending on if you have the FS, or KLZE, Jspec. you can learn more at http://carbonfibrecreate.blogspot.com/
It is not a direct hookup to all your components, HOWEVER, it will bolt up to your mx-3 transmission no problem. Removing the EGR makes things easier, because you'll have to modify the system to make it work, most KLZE didn't have EGR systems. Also you will have to make sure the intake manifold is a CURVE NECK. If it is a straight shork neck intake manifold, you'll have to buy a millenia IM. It will hit your break booster if you don't. The wiring harness is nearly identical. The only other thing you need to change is the headers! There is a good how-to for the installation on the webpage www.probetalk.com (incase you don't know the MX-6 and Probe share the same Mazda drivetrain.) I believe the KLZE is 194 HP and 186 torque. Also, check out www.mx-3.com forums!
well with enough time and money anything is possible... that is probably not what you want to hear but it is basicaly true... The only engine (to my knowlege) that is a direct bolt in is other k series (klde, klze, kfze and the 1.8 v6 from the mx3 i think it is the kl08) at any rate the best way to see is to go to a ford or Mazda dealership and ask for blowup printouts of the engine mounts... other than that I can tell you now you are going to have some issues with the wiring and ecu... but why would you want to swap them the turbo only barely made more hp and trq
klze, k8ze. check wikipedia and jdm motors jdm motors is the name of Japanese motor retailers in the states and Canada they ship anywhere
It comes from the jap-spec mx6 and other models there often on eBay for sale u also need the ecu to get the most out of it, there put out approx. 149kw
No. The ZE only came with an automatic transmission. However, there were a few LSD manual tranny MX6s in Japan. These transmissions are very rare and expensive.
If it is automatic it is. It is a very feminine Car. If you get an mx6 you should get the v6 and manual transmission for a sportier drive and look ... making it more manly. Also if you want, Google up KLZE Its Mazda's Japanese 220hp motor...No car is a chick car when it has 220hp
