I replaced the head and works ok now
Each 10k = 6.2 miles. 100 miles = 62 miles 4k= .62x4= 2.48 miles 104k = 62+2.48=64.48 miles
$104,000.00 that is before taxes of course k=thousands
shift fork maybe. take it to a transmission shop. I'm sure they'd know right away.

After 8-10 years of experience, the middle 50% earn about 104K annually in the United States.
this sounds like the coolant temp sensor may be going bad, also have you had the vehicle tuned up which should be done at 105k miles. The spark plugs could also be the wrong heat range make sure they're platinum and for your vehicle.
No if the service has been done these are excellent cars until long after 100K have you not seen the Toyota commercial with the little pickups? some had way over 200K and still working like champs. Lexus are Toyota products and we can expect the same from them. My RX 300 has over 104K and BB was still like 8K I call that value!
The average salary for a NASCAR employee depends on the specific job in question. For example, a manager's salary ranges from $95k to $104k, and the salary for a software engineer ranges from $75k to $81k.
A car can be driven for over 24k miles or more per year as long as all the proper maintainance are performed and any broken parts are replaced. You may notice one year old car in the used car lot have over 20K miles on them but the car looks brand new. Because of advance computer management system that is now included in every cars, 100k miles is no longer considered high mileage. All of my current three cars are over 100K miles; 92 Honda Accord 245K, 2000 Chevy Malibu 125K, 2002 Dodge Neon 104K. Previous cars; 1990 Cav 213K, 1996 Cav 127, 1999 Grand Am 121K. Don't worry about how much miles you have in the car, as long as it safe, drive it.
In 2010 the base salary range for a store manager was 73k, 88k and 104k depending on the sales volume. Yearly bonus max for each level were 85%, 105% and 115% respectively. This would put the total max earning potential at $135k, $180k and $223.
My 97 Trans Sport with 104K miles had a BAD lifter " Tick " I did two things to cure it First I changed the oil AND THE FILTER using a really good filter Like a WIC filter with a really good anti-drainback valve .I have been told that the NAPA Gold oil filter is a good one too ...There are a lot of cheap oil filters that have a anti-drainback valve but it is not good enough to do the job in the 3.4L The 3.4 L needs a really good sealing anti-drainback valve in the oil filter ...Without a good anti drainback valve in the oil filter the engine must refill the filter, oil lines ,bearings and hydraulic lifters every time you start the engine ... The oil I used was just 3 quarts of low cost 10W30 and one quart of Mobil one ... That's what I had ... The second thing I did was dump in a can of "Engine Restore " you can get it at Wal Mart in a little silver can ... This stuff will un-stick gummed up lifters and piston rings too... This worked on my 97 Trans Sport I went on vacation recently and let it sit for 10 days when I got back I started it and it ticked for about 20 seconds at idle then was very quiet ! A little ticking at start up is normal ! Hope this helps Bob in Cassopolis MichiganAnswerthe power door reset is in the outer fuse box you have to pull the radio fuse for 30 seconds then replace it and hit your upperconsole power door lock switch to ON let the car sit without using the power door eventually it will start to work..be sur the bottom strip along the power door isn't in the way of the track these doors will have to be reset if they get jammed..i had to cut the bootom part of that strip off to get mine working but they jam up alot I did flush my 3.4 the same way you described and the problem stopped run 5w30 pennzoil and a bottle of LUCAS
I own a 95 Buick Regal with 104K miles on it. The Coolant Level Sensor is attached to the radiator. Look a few inches below and to the left of the radiator cap. Its a little gray box with a plug and, hopefully, two wires attached to the bottom. It has a little wire latch on top and a small metal clip near the bottom that holds it in place. Just in case you know very little about cars... I've never removed mine, but it would probably be a good idea to drain the coolant before doing so. On a repair note... I've read that sometimes the sensors get old and needs to be replaced, but sometimes they are just dirty. Also, the wires connecting the sensor to the module may be bad or not grounded. You may have a very tiny pinhole in your coolant hose that is allowing air to enter, this will make the light flash. Lastly, oil may be leaking into the radiator which is very serious. I am not sure, but I think this happens because of a bad header. On a personal note... When it is very hot outside, 95 plus degrees, and I drive for a long time my 'Low Coolant Light Alarm' will start flashing. It is not supposed to flash if the coolant is low, but show a steady alarm light. I think my sensor is going bad but this only happens like 7 days out of the year and my engine is in near perfect condition with no leaks whatsoever.
