Centriole form spindle fibres during cell division in animal cell.
Sex is the correct answer where vagina goes into the dick!! Jokes it is endoplasmic reticulum.
Canadian and British researchers have discovered that chromosomes play an active role in animal cell division. This occurs at a precise stage - cytokinesis - when the cell splits into two new daughter cells. In animal cells, division involves mitosis, the separation of chromosomes followed by splitting of the cell into two new daughter cells by cytokinesis. "Division is a complex and robust process that is generally performed flawlessly, but when an error occurs in DNA separation or during cytokinesis, it can be a source for triggering cancer, for example," said Hickson.
In animal cells, organelles called Centrioles are responsible for the formation of spindle fibres during cell division. In diploid cells, there is a pair of centrioles present. In the Anaphase stage, these move to opposite poles of the cell and after the spindle fibres attach to the chromosomes, pull them to the respective side. Each centriole is made of two identical cartwheel-like components, positioned at right angles to each other.
During mitosis, centrioles move to the opposite sides of the cell.

Centriole (:
it is anaphase, prophase, metaphase, and telapahse...

Used during Meiosis and Mitosis, only in animals. Helps with cell division.

During cell division
The centrioles are used during cell division. Centrioles migrate to opposite poles of the cell during cell division and are used to organise the spindles. They are also capable of independent replication and of migrating to form basal bodies.
