A garage just put a intake on my Chevrolet S10 blazer and now it starts out slugish putts backfiers loses power at half throttle and service engine soon light comes on from time to time can anyone hel?

Take it back to the garage and complain! I would if the shop owner didnt passaway 10 days ago. God Bless.(shop closed) Sorry to hear that. You could drive the vehicle to your local auto parts store and have them read the codes set in the ecm. The codes should help you determine why the engine is running poorly.

some sympons of a fault tps is tht it bogs out when throtel is opened quickly alot of the time it will only rev up to a sertant pint like it has a rev limeter on it other times it may be very slugish at the begining then all of a sudded it just gets the power back after the throtel is opened about 30% to 50% i hope this helps you out "addtional info" to see if the problem is the tps disconnect the sensor. If you have the same idle your sensor has gone or is going bad.
