Go to this website for a list of proxy sites: http://www.tech-faq.com/proxy.shtml If none of those sites are unblocked just search Google for Proxy sites and try ones till you find one that is unblocked.

Your school may have a list of approved sites; ask a teacher.If there were a list of game sites that aren't blocked but would be if the school knew about them, all it would take would be for one administrator to find it to ensure that everything on it immediately got onto the list of blocked game sites.Believe me, if I knew of one, I would list it here (for the administrators rather than for children who should be doing homework rather than playing games).
You can find "dirty sites" searching with a search engine, such as Google for example. Whether a site is blocked or not depends on whoever blocks them - for example, a firewall installed at your school.
