A long time has past and you think you are over ex so am I doing the right thing by going back to the company your ex boyfriend works at because of job availability there and how to act if we meet?

- You should take a little longer to think about working at the same company your ex boyfriend is at because you are probably fooling yourself that you are over him. It is better to try and find a job in another company if possible. If you have tried extremely hard to find other work and you need to work at the same company he is at then hopefully you will be in a different department than him. If you should run into him just be pleasant; have a smile on your face and ask him how life is treating him. Keep it that way and romance in the workplace is a messy business.
