The drains that drain water from the run-off from the convertible top in the rear have stopped up. The drains are located under the rocker panels just in front of the rear wheels. On the 2004 and up, the drains are square and covered by a rubber flap. They are hard to see, but you can feel them and push the rubber flap up with your finger and squirt water from a garden hose up into the square drain holes. You will probably see dirty water full of crud drain out if you will hold the rubber flaps open. I also put the convertible top about half down and thoroughly rinse the interior space where the rainwater runs down to the drains.

On earlier convertibles, the drains are little louvers on the bottom of the rocker panels and are not covered by a rubber flap.
