Obviously if she is asking you out she likes you. If this is the case she probably won't care how weird it sounds because she just wants you to say that its her. I would just say, "Well..I actually like you.." if she asks you. Or if you just see her in the hall or something and want to bring up the conversation yourself say, "Hey____, you know how you've been asking me who I like lately? Well I kinda have a crush on you and I was wondering if you'd like to go out with me." Don't wait forever to tell her or she could stop being interested and move on to another guy. Also, seem really confident and casual when you ask her out. Don't seem nervous or hesitant or it will just raise the tension and weirdness of the situation. Just be yourself but don't be outwardly nervous.
He is either asking about you or he just likes her
There is no telling what he is thinking. He doesn't have inside information from your boyfriend, and you certainly don't want to confide your hopes at this point. Perhaps think about telling him that he will be the first to know if and when it happens.
The way I told my friend was by texting him. It is much easier than telling him/her face to face. But before you tell him/her make sure he/she is not homophobic. Good luck :)
That's not what I was asking for

well im a guy and when im texting this girl and she says bye she puts lylab (love you like a brother).
You could just have a friend tell him or text the girl/guy.
If you were emailing; on a chat site or texting then 'LOL' means 'laughing out loud.' If you don't understand why they would say this then communicate that fact to them by asking why they find it so funny.
texting is where it all starts. if she was a friend you would have known about her.
If you are talking about gramatically it depends on the tense. Your friend telling you about that is present tense, she is telling you right now. But your friend told you about that is past tense, she told you before.
If he keeps on asking about your love life... He may fancy you. Not too sure though, there are loads of possibilities.
