About AOT. Why do they need historia to inherit the beast titan in order to continue the rumbling for the next 50 years.Couldn't they just do the rumbling by having eren who has the founding titan be in contact with Historia?

The leaders of Paradis do not know that Eren can activate the Founding Titan's power by coming into contact with a person of royal lineage, he has deliberately kept that a secret in order to protect Historia. The military believes that the Founding Titan can only be activated and controlled by the wielder if they themselves have royal blood.
