It is on the same side as the battery. If you look for tubing that has a screwtop near the front of the engine you are on the right track. After locating it you want tofollow it along towards the rear and you'll find the same type of plastic cap but on a bigger size diameter tubing. This is your AC Refill Port. The bigger diameter one. One cap is supposed to be green or Blue and the other Black. On my vehicle I have 2 Blacks.

Use a freon gauge and freon refill can. Connect the gauge to the low pressure ac port of the 2003 Stratus. With the engine running and ac on high, fill the system until the gauge shows full.
Hi, The port is between the engine and the radiator. I have included a link that shows its location. Good Luck
The AC refill port on a Mustang with a 3.8-liter engine is typically located on the passenger side of the engine bay. It can usually be found near the firewall, on the larger diameter line that runs from the compressor to the condenser. Look for a service port with a plastic cap; it may be labeled with "Low" or "High" to indicate the correct pressure side. Always ensure the engine is off and the AC system is depressurized before attempting to refill.
Personal posession of freon is illegal in the US. Unfortunately, you are required to take it to a shop.

To recharge the AC on a 2003 BMW Z4, start by locating the low-pressure service port, typically found on the larger diameter AC line. Attach a refrigerant refill kit to the port and ensure the engine is running with the AC set to the maximum cool setting. Follow the instructions on the refrigerant can to add the appropriate amount of refrigerant, checking the pressure readings periodically to avoid overcharging. After recharging, check for any leaks and ensure the AC system is functioning properly.
