It means "Check Card Debit." When a "check card," or debit card, is used at an establishment and the cardholder's bank cannot access the name of the establishment, the statement will usually say something like "CKCD DEBIT," followed by the date and city of the point of sale.
You would have to log-in to each account separately to view their statements. This is a security feature to protect the account-holder.
Since you didn't specify what TYPE of account, the answer is probably going to be wrong. Try logging out of one account and re-logging into the other one.

You should be able to get EVERY transaction - going back to when you first got the card ! It's standard practice for financial institutions to retain records of account activities - to counteract fraud ! The company may charge you for retrieving past data - but - they WILL be able to get it for you.
