I don't believe so, but an easy way is to take a Pokemon that was with you when you defeated the Elite Four so they have the Champion ribbon. Next, talk to Julia in Sunnyshore City for a week and right there you have 8 ribbons. If you have a very high friendship level with that pokemon, go to the Footprint Guy and he'll give you a ribbon. You can enter one contest, or, if they've earned enough effort points ('worked hard enough") you can talk to the lady in Sunnyshore City in the market, where they sell Seals. She'll give you a ribbon. That's how I got in. (:

im not sure but if you use the max money cheat you can go to the resort area nd buy some ribons for your Pokemon also you cn get them from the girl at sunyshore city her house is the one at the top next to that other house. she gives you a ribon like every day. also talk to the guy in the house on route 213 he gives you a ribon. in the seal mart in sunyshore city the lady to the left gives your Pokemon a ribon. and ofcourse contests.

Well. As ribbons can only be got on pokemon, you would need to download some uber contest pokemon. Also the pictures on the wall of hearthome would be changed instantly, effectively mucking up your game BIG TIME! Believe me. I hav e yet to come across a safe code. Sorry.
