Physical Education, or PE, is useful in many ways. First, it gets you off your butt and moving, so that you will be more healthy! Second, it helps you to develop better balance, muscle tone, and strength. Third, you learn the best ways to exercise, and how to do some sports - this helps you know what to do without getting hurt! Finally, physical education is a good way to socialize with others and develop teamwork and communication skills.

PE, is the education that most of the students hate to participate, they do not realise how it help us to get rid of many problems.

Example at school most of the time only mental education is practice, it may affect the students mentally but PE where one can be disstress himself/herself..
