The penis stops growing when the body stops growing, which is marked by the closure of the growth plates on the bones. There is little that can be done to significantly change the length or girth of the penis once that has occured. Anyone who tells you differently, probably has a product to sell you, and you may rest assured your experience WILL vary from all the testimonials.

∙ 12y agoIt depends. Some boys have completed growing by the age of 18, while others can still grow for another few years, though the rate of growth is much slower. There is no way to tell for sure if you will continue to grow or not, but some good indicators are: Did you start puberty early or later than your peers? Are other parts of your body still growing? Have you completed the pubertal changes into manhood? Did you progress quickly or slowly through the stages of puberty? etc.
There is no way to know for sure, but by answering these questions you can get a pretty good idea if you have completed growing. In general, boys stop growing somewhere between 18 and 22 years old.
