Absolutely not. The greenhouse effect is a naturally occurring absorption of heat, mostly by water vapor, that allows us to have some heat during hours of no sunlight. Without this effect, we would be a very dead planet.

While ozone is considered a greenhouse gas, it's contribution to the overall issue is far under 1% of the effect. In terms of man made gas, carbon dioxide is the real issue, making up 5% to 25% of the total warming.

The temperature increases in the troposphere. It is because of greenhouse gas, ozone.

What condition of the Earth increases because of the greenhouse effect?

We primarily see the Warming of our Globe.

What greenhouse gas is raising earth's temperature?

Increasing levels of carbon dioxide, resulting from human activities, are implicated in the recent rise in average global temperatures. Methane, athough in much lower atmospheric concentrations, is also implicated because it is a much more potent greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide.

How does urbanization affect our environment?

Increasing urbanization will affect environmental condition in a country because increasing urbanization will affect the living condition and the development of birthrates and also development and condition are together in this case..loll

Why is the greenhouse essential for life on earth?

The greenhouse effect is essential for life on earth because organisms must be kept at a warm enough temperature to grow. Without the greenhouse effect organisms wouldn't be warm enough.

What makes it easier to dissolve a solute in a solvent?

Because that is how the meanings of the words are defined.

What is the phenomenon because of which the earth's atmospheric temperature is increasing and causing widespread environmental changes?

The Runaway Greenhouse Effect is the phenomenon causing global warming. It is being caused by the increase of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.Carbon dioxide is being released because we are burning fossil fuels for transport and also to generate electricity.Methane is being released because tundras and peat bogs are melting, and also because we are breeding vast amounts of beef cattle, which belch methane.

How do global warming greenhouse gases greenhouse effect and ozone layer affect weather?

All the things are related to each other. It is because all these affect the temperature and weather.

Does evaporation rais the tempeature of a liquid?

Evaporation does not raise the temperature of a liquid, evaporation happens because of the increasing temperature of that liquid.

The greenhouse effect keeps Venus hot because?

It's temperature is around 460 oC because of the carbon dioxide in it's atmosphere.

What would happen if greenhouse gases increased?

The air will turn warmer, because if greenhouse gases increase (which they are), less heat energy will be able to leave Earth, so the temperature rises.

By increasing the temperature the temperature of water how are you changing the kinetic energy of the water molecules?

It is being increased, because temperature is the average kinetic energy of the object.
