its a stupid poem
Seashells are important because they are sold for profit. They are also important to other wildlife, such as hermit crabs.

the beach is my home i watch the ocean water bring up foam waving palm trees say in the breeze it's cool but you wont freeze tiny crabs move side to side it looks like they could glide children laughing, children playing one looked like they were praying but the most amazing sight at the beach is the sunset making a speech ============================================================= (: <3 this is a poem i wrote that was important to my life. and i hope this will help and could relate to you.
It only appears once, in this speech by Caliban in The Tempest:I prithee, let me bring thee where crabs grow; And I with my long nails will dig thee pignuts;Show thee a jay's nest and instruct thee howTo snare the nimble marmoset; I'll bring theeTo clustering filberts and sometimes I'll get theeYoung scamels from the rock. Wilt thou go with me?Clearly the "pignut" is some kind of edible root or tuber which pigs might root out, probably the earth chestnut, conopodium majus. It is not and cannot be the American pignut, which is a kind of hickory.
Do you mean this: When daisies pied, and violets blue, And lady-smocks all silver-white, And cuckoo-buds of yellow hue Do paint the meadows with delight, The cuckoo then, on every tree, Mocks married men, for thus sings he: 'Cuckoo! Cuckoo, cuckoo!' O word of fear, Unpleasing to a married ear. When shepherds pipe on oaten straws, And merry larks are ploughmen's clocks, When turtles tread, and rooks, and daws, And maidens bleach their summer smocks, The cuckoo then, on every tree, Mocks married men, for thus sings he: 'Cuckoo! Cuckoo, cuckoo!' O word of fear, Unpleasing to a married ear. It's not a poem, but in fact one verse of a song sung at the end of the play Love's Labour's Lost by all the idiots, clowns and goofballs in the play. It is, therefore, intended to be comic and not taken seriously. It's simple-minded theme is essentially a pun on the cuckoo (a bird) and the word cuckold (a man whose wife is cheating on him, hence a word of fear to married men). The second verse (called "Winter") is even sillier: When icicles hang by the wall And Dick the shepherd blows his nail And Tom bears logs into the hall And milk comes frozen home in pail, When blood is nipp'd and ways be foul, Then nightly sings the staring owl, . Tu-whit; Tu-who, a merry note, While greasy Joan doth keel the pot. When all aloud the wind doth blow And coughing drowns the parson's saw And birds sit brooding in the snow And Marian's nose looks red and raw, When roasted crabs hiss in the bowl, Then nightly sings the staring owl, . Tu-whit; Tu-who, a merry note, While greasy Joan doth keel the pot.
