I am an attorney with a greeting card company. We have received a large number of complaints by people who have entered "distributorship" agreements with this company and another company called Omega Business Systems. People have invested $20,000+ each and received wire greeting card racks, low quality cards and a list of stores like Wal-Mart and Walgreens that are already under contract to major greeting card companies. They are not associated in any way with Hallmark Cards or American Greetings. The "business" opportunity they are offering is nearly identical to one prosecuted by the Federal Trade Commission in 2004. For information this lawsuit, search for: Federal Trade Commission v. We need to flood Mr. Tom Corbett, Attorney General with the State of Pennsylvania with letters and documents. I filed a formal complaint two weeks ago. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Philadelphia for the misleading information they provided. A similar case was prosecuted in Florida and settled for about $1 million in June of 2007. This is a case of out and out fraud and the individual owners of Premier can be prosecuted, if they can be found and enough people file complaints. ROF
