Every Flute will perform differently for each individual player. All that matters is how you sound and feel when you're playing.
I did play an older Armstrong Heritage, which was apparently their top-of-the-line model several decades ago. At the time, they were handmade; presently, Armstrong's flute are all mass-produced and I feel ill qualified to comment on the newer models. But I was very happy with my Armstrong Heritage for several years, if that is any help.

∙ 13y agoit really depends. tho it does tend to have some pitch prob. it still does depend... good flutes are pearl, or by yamaha. It also does depend on the player
