No, you need a Gamecube controller to play gamecube games on the wii controller is just gonna turn off when u start a gamecube game. But there is a software that you can use but you have to find it and its really hard. I'm still looking myself. What you could do is go to eb games or GameStop and ask them if they know anything about it themselves.
