This is such a subjective question that it really is impossible to answer. The two programs, while sharing some goals, are quite different. Some Girl Scouts are better prepared for somethings than some Boy Scouts, and some Boy Scouts are better prepared for other things than some Girl Scouts. It depends as much on the individual as it does on the things they are preparing for.
