Budgies are very good pets but you have to be prepared to watch out for any unusual behaviour or signs of illness. They can get ill easily without you knowing. It is best to get them in a pair because they love company! It is also funny watching them play together.
They are also Great for kids.Kids love there colours.
Budgies are one of the best birds to get for kids! but make sure you have read about them if you are new to owning a bird and if you are not sure on something you can feed them or can be around them, reasearch it! A wrong guess could be all it takes
Yes they do they see color better than us humans
camels are better pets than birds
NO
You are soposed to give cockatiels grit so that they can digest their food better. All you have to do is by a container at the pet store and sprinkle a littl ebit on your cockatiel's food. Better to give them a separate container.
more than 2
yes
First people with pets get better from illness better than people with out pets. And plus you have a cuddley animal to snuggel up to. :D
To sell cockatiels, you need to breed them first. If you have a permit for breeding, you can. If you have a bunch that you didn't breed, than you might be able to, I'm not sure.
This is a matter of opinion. If you like pets (cats, dogs, horses and such) then pets is a good investment. If not, then you could skip Pets and never miss anything that you wanted to do.
Cockatiels and budgies can get along perfectly together if given enough space. You need to make sure their cage is big enough or else they may fight which is bad news for the budgie! Cockatiels are very docile and sedate, Budgies are quite aggressive , and will terrorize Cockatiels, it has nothing to do with size, they should have separate cages, no parrot species should ever be mixed.
There are ways to tell which gender a lovebird is, but there are, of course, the few odd exceptions. Male lovebirds tend to eat more and look fatter than female lovebirds. Males also are more active than females. Females tend to be quieter and so don't make as much noise as males, and they are calmer.
It is all up to you. I like hermit crabs better, though.
